Stage 3 CKD with swelling in ankles and high blood pressure What should I do ?

There are many symptoms of stage 3 CKD .Like Anemia (low red blood cell count),Swelling in ankles,Bone problems,High blood pressure,Poor nutritional, health,Nausea and/or vomiting,Bad breath due to urea buildup in the blood .Today I want to analysis swelling in ankles only .

Swelling can occur in your face, hands, legs or feet, and is caused by less efficient kidneys that are not eliminating enough water from your system .

Swollen feet often occur as a result of a condition called peripheral edema. Peripheral edema is the accumulation of fluid in the body tissues of the lower limbs. Although swollen feet may not seem like a serious condition, peripheral edema is usually associated with improper functioning of the major organs in the body due to damage or disease.

Stage 3 CKD Treatment

In my opinion .The combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine is the best way to treat kidney disease . In China , There are a hospital can treat kidney disease combine the two ways .
