Causes and treatment of fatigue and leg edema in Stage 3 CKD patients

It is very common for CKD patients with fatigue and edema. There is a patient story is about this. Hi. I have CKD stage 3b and a 3.3cm mass in the hilar region of my left kidney.My right kidney contributes only 40% of overall GFR which is currently at 31. I am well for most of each day but suffer with fatigue and leg oedema by mid afternoon each day. My urologist wishes to remove the kidney but I do not want to rely on dialysis. I have therefore declined his offer. Am I wrong?

Causes of fatigue in kidney failure patients
