How to treat Renal Parenchymal Disease With Creatinine 5.1 ?

There are many different types of renal parenchymal diseases. Some have spesific treatments some do not.Progressive disease usually results in transplant or life time dialysis.

Creatinine 5.1 is more higher than the normal level. The normal level of high creatinine is about 0.6-1.2. The high creatinine level can show your kidney kidney has been severely damaged.

Renal parenchymal disease includes maladies that damage the outermost internal region of the kidney where filtration and urine formation occur. Autoimmune disorders, medical conditions, or obstructions may all contribute to this disease. Lupus, bacterial infections, diabetes and high blood pressure, along with kidney stones can traumatize delicate tissue, causing scarring and possibly leading to eventual kidney failure. Managing systemic disease processes, however, may prevent kidney damage and failure from occurring.
Millions of nephrons lie within the renal parenchymal area of each kidney. The nephrons contain arterioles, or small blood vessels, known as glomeruli, that are surrounded by tubules. The glomeruli receive oxygen rich blood that contain excess electrolytes, salts, and water and transport the unnecessary blood products and water to the renal tubules. The tubules pass through the renal medulla, or the center of the kidney, into another system of tubules that combine and empty into the ureter.

Studies estimate that up to 50% of patients diagnosed with lupus erythematosus experience a renal parenchymal disease known as lupus nephritis. Lupus causes abnormal antibody production in the body, and these malfunctioning antibodies attack healthy cells, including those within the nephrons. The kidney's normal filtering processes are diminished when cell damage in the parenchymal tissue occurs. The disease might also produce inflammation of the kidney, adding pressure to damaged glomeruli.

How To Treat Renal Parenchymal Disease

Treatment for parenchymal kidney disease seeks to remove excess salt, water and harmful substances from the bloodstream. Patients learn to manage their kidney disease by restricting their intake of salt, potassium, and protein; treating their high blood pressure; managing their diabetes; and taking erythropoietin ("epo"), a hormone that helps bone marrow to produce healthy blood cells.Hemodialysis requires a machine to filter your blood outside your body. You can undergo hemodialysis at home or at a center. Kidney transplantation is an option in severe cases. In other hand the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine is the best choice for kidney disease patients.

Treatment for Renal Parenchymal Disease

Do you want to know more about Renal Parenchymal Disease . The following Content will tell you about the cause and symptoms and Treatments of Renal Parenchymal Disease .

Causes

Patients typically inherit this disease. Hormones and microbes found in the blood identify the disease. High blood pressure and diabetes can also cause this disease.

Identification

Parenchymal refers to the location of the disease-the kidneys. The disease causes scarring and kidneys lose their function whenever scar tissue forms. Often this scarring can lead to kidney failure.

Symptoms

Symptoms of kidney disease include blood in the urine, abnormal blood tests, high blood pressure, swelling in the feet and lower legs, arms, or face, and symptoms of urinary tract infection. Urinary tract infections do not usually mean kidney disease exists, but a patient should contact his physician. Loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, sleepiness, itching, twitching, and a metallic taste in the mouth indicate chronic kidney disease.

Diagnosis

Doctors use abdominal ultrasounds to find cysts, a urine analysis and a cystic fluid exam. Elevated blood urea nitrogen concentration and serum creatinine concentrations confirm whether a patient who has had an ultrasound showing cysts has parenchymal kidney disease.

Treatment for Kidney Failure

The traditional therapy is dialysis or Kidney Transplant to treat this kidney disease. And there are many alternative therapy like Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy this therapy can treat one's kidney disease from root . In other word this therapy once take effect there will have a small risk of recurrence .
